Keeps a record of all activities in a FileMaker Pro database. Each time an entry is made, if the user is authorized, a password must be given. The name, time of entry and department are not editable. Once an entry is made, nobody may change it. If an addition is necessary, and authorized user may add a 'corrective action' entry. Viewing of past logs are allowed. At the ent of a specified time, day, week, or journey, the log is archived. Viewing (read only) may be done by anybody. The log is fully searchable and complex finds are possible. The application also permits eMailing of single entries or complete logs anytime or part of the final end of day procedure.
